Forward launches Forward Predict for safer autonomous networking

Forward has announced the general availability of Forward Predict, a tool designed to enable safer Agentic NetOps and autonomous networking. The capability uses a mathematically accurate digital twin to deterministically demonstrate the impact of proposed network changes before they are implemented in a production environment.

By providing verification at the design stage, the technology aims to mitigate three primary risks associated with network changes: security exposure, connectivity failure, and compliance violations. According to Nikhil Handigol, Chief AI Officer and co-founder of Forward, the tool provides the necessary evidence for AI agents to operate safely at machine speed while giving engineers the confidence to accelerate delivery. Since its beta launch in May, the platform has been utilized by organizations in the financial services, media, and technology sectors to reduce change risk.
