Forza Horizon 6 introduces new Drift Attack mode
Forza Horizon 6 has introduced a permanent new drifting mode called Drift Attack. Located at the Shimanoyama Circuit, the mode allows players to enter directly from the open world by driving through a gantry, similar to the existing Time Attack system.
Drift Attack introduces Clipping Zones, which are specific areas around the track that provide score boosts for drifts performed within their boundaries. The mode includes in-world leaderboards and is integrated into the Horizon Festival campaign. Completing Collection Journal tasks within the mode rewards players with a Drift Attack racesuit, a helmet, and a 1990 Jaguar XJ-S Forza Edition.
The update coincides with the Horizon Playlist Series 5, titled ‘British Automotive’, running from September 10 to October 8. This series features various reward cars, including models from Ginetta, McLaren, Jaguar, MINI, Vauxhall, Bentley, and Lotus.
