Forza Italia proposes tax cuts and bureaucratic reform for budget law

Forza Italia has outlined its economic priorities for the upcoming budget law, focusing on tax reductions and bureaucratic simplification to stimulate national growth. Maurizio Casasco, the party’s economic department head, proposed several measures, including extending the 33% Irpef rate to incomes up to 60,000 euros and implementing a 5% incremental flat tax on income increases compared to the previous year.

Other proposed measures include an immediate 19% cashback on healthcare expenses and a structural review of public spending. Casasco emphasized the need for a single authorization center to reduce bureaucracy and facilitate investment.

Raffaele Nevi, national spokesperson for Forza Italia, reinforced these goals, stating that reducing high taxation levels is an absolute priority to prevent the weakening of families and businesses. The party aims to address economic stagnation by widening tax brackets and fostering a more competitive international environment.
