Forza Italia to host Naples event marking Silvio Berlusconi’s 90th birthday

Forza Italia will host an event titled ‘La seconda giovinezza di Silvio Berlusconi’ (The Second Youth of Silvio Berlusconi) in Naples on September 29 to commemorate the 90th birthday of the party's founder, three years after his passing.

Scheduled at the Mostra d’Oltremare, the event aims to bridge Berlusconi’s political legacy with his status as a cultural icon. The program will feature images, music, and memes to engage younger generations who may know him through digital media rather than direct political experience. Party members described the celebration as a way to renew commitment to his values of liberalism, Europeanism, and entrepreneurship rather than a mere nostalgic gathering.

Announced attendees and participants include Undersecretary for Publishing Alberto Barachini, Chamber of Deputies group leader Enrico Costa, and various party figures. The event is expected to include connections with political leaders such as Antonio Tajani and Letizia Moratti.
