Fossacesia's 6th Night Run Honors Antonio Bucci and Renato Menna with 900 Runners

The sixth edition of the Notturna podistica in Fossacesia was held to commemorate long‑time local runners Antonio Bucci and Renato Menna. The event, part of the Corrilabruzzo UISP circuit, attracted roughly 900 participants across a competitive 10‑km race, a non‑competitive 4‑km run and under‑13 races.

Lorenzo Dell’Orefice of Atletica Vomano won the men's 10‑km in 32'32", while Melissa Palanza of Rosciano claimed the women's title in 37'10". The Podisti Frentani club led the team rankings with 55 athletes. Municipal officials, including Mayor Enrico Di Giuseppantonio, praised the successful organization and the event’s role in preserving the memory of Bucci and Menna.
