Fotoklub Split is accepting applications for its autumn basic digital photography course. The program includes photographic theory, historical development, camera settings, digital processing, and technical aspects such as lenses and sensors. It also covers lighting, color usage, and the study of famous photographic works.
The course combines theoretical lectures with practical field work. Participants are required to have a digital camera with manual settings (DSLR or mirrorless) to complete exercises. Instruction is led by Vicko Vidan, a professional from the Academy of Arts in Split.
Classes are scheduled on Wednesdays for theory, Saturday mornings for field practice, and Mondays for reviewing and commenting on captured images. Fees are set at 180.00 EUR for employed individuals and 140.00 EUR for students, the unemployed, or retirees.
