Foton Australia opens flagship commercial vehicle centre in Penrith

Foton Australia has opened its first flagship Commercial Vehicle Centre in Penrith, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s expansion within the Australian market. The facility, managed by Inchcape, involved a comprehensive refurbishment of the existing Inchcape Foton Penrith dealership to align with the brand’s latest global corporate identity.

The new centre serves as a national showcase for Foton’s growing range of commercial vehicles, including light-duty trucks and light-commercial vehicles. The site is designed to provide a consistent customer experience for both sales and aftersales services, integrating new technology and product displays.

Blair Read, Managing Director of Inchcape Australasia, stated that the centre provides a dedicated destination for customers to experience Foton’s products and technology while setting a benchmark for the brand’s future retail presence. Glen Cooper, General Manager of Foton Australia, noted that the company is investing across product development, dealer networks, and aftersales capability to strengthen its market position.
