Foton opens first dealership in São Paulo

Grupo Malabar has inaugurated its first Foton dealership in the city of São Paulo, located in the Parque São Domingos district. The new facility represents an investment of approximately R$ 10 million and is designed with a primary focus on after-sales services, which accounts for roughly 73% of the operational space.

The dealership occupies a 6,880-square-meter site with 5,003 square meters of built area. It includes a 2,300-square-meter workshop, a showroom, and a parts warehouse. Notably, the facility features a dedicated area for electric vehicle maintenance equipped with a rapid DC charger.

This expansion complements the group's existing Foton dealership in Guarulhos. To date, Grupo Malabar has allocated approximately R$ 40 million toward Foton operations, covering infrastructure, vehicle and parts inventory, equipment, and staff training. The group's expansion plan includes future dealerships in the ABC Paulista and Baixada Santista regions.
