Foundation for TJO Animals receives $4,000 grant from Bertera Subaru
The Foundation for TJO Animals has received a $4,000 grant from Bertera Subaru to support animal care at the Thomas J. O’Connor Animal Control & Adoption Center. The funds are designated for essential preparatory services for animals up for adoption this October, including veterinary checkups, microchipping, and spaying and neutering surgeries.
Administered by the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the grant is part of the Subaru Loves Pets national initiative. In addition to the financial grant, Bertera Subaru is participating in the eighth annual National Make a Dog’s Day on October 22 and is conducting a ‘Filling the Forester’ campaign to collect pet food donations for the Reese Pet Food Initiative, which assists families facing financial difficulties.
