Founder Shield rebrands as The Baldwin Group
Founder Shield, a risk management firm specializing in high-growth companies, has announced it will rebrand as The Baldwin Group. Following the transition, the entity will function as the parent firm’s Innovation Practice.
Since joining The Baldwin Group in 2021, Founder Shield has provided a digital insurance platform for sectors including Life Sciences, Tech, Media, Financial, and Small Business. The firm has served more than 20,000 clients over the past decade.
Michael Robinson, President of the Innovation Practice, and Kyle Jeziorski, Managing Director of the Innovation Practice, noted that the transition aims to provide broader capabilities and greater collaboration for clients navigating various stages of business growth.
