Four dead in Yamuna Expressway truck collision
Four people died in a severe road accident on the Yamuna Expressway in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The incident occurred on the night of August 30 in the Jewar police station area.
According to police reports, a truck with Rajasthan registration numbers traveling from Noida toward Agra lost control due to high speed. The vehicle crashed through the expressway divider and railing, entering the opposite lane where it collided head-on with a car. The impact was so intense that the car was severely damaged.
Jewar police arrived at the scene and transported the four occupants of the car to a hospital, where they were declared dead by doctors. The truck driver has been taken into custody, and authorities have initiated an investigation into the causes of the accident. Traffic on the expressway has since returned to normal.
