Four Egyptian firms partner for integrated Open House real estate event

Four major real estate and finance institutions—Al Ahly Sabbour, Beltone Mortgage, Coldwell Banker Egypt, and Property Finder—have announced a first-of-its-kind partnership in Egypt to launch an integrated ‘Open House’ concept.

The event is scheduled to take place from August 27 to 29, 2026, at a fully furnished beachfront home in the Amwaj area of Egypt's North Coast. The initiative aims to streamline the property ownership journey by combining real estate discovery, unit selection, and financial consultation into a single experience.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore over 1,000 ready-to-move-in units across various Al Ahly Sabbour projects. The collaboration leverages the specific expertise of each partner: Property Finder for discovering opportunities, Coldwell Banker Egypt for advisory services, Beltone Mortgage for tailored financing solutions, and Al Ahly Sabbour for showcasing its coastal lifestyle and developments.
