ZUS advisors celebrate 10 years of debt relief services

The Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) is marking the tenth anniversary of its specialized advisory service designed to assist individuals and businesses struggling with social security contribution debts. Launched in June 2016, the program has expanded from a few pilot branches to a nationwide service currently staffed by 404 advisors.

Over the past decade, these advisors have processed more than 2 million applications. They provide personalized support by analyzing a client's financial situation and debt levels to recommend solutions such as installment plans or payment deferrals. The service assists a wide range of clients, including sole proprietors, large enterprises, foundations, associations, and sports clubs, as well as individuals who continue to pay obligations from closed businesses.

In the Silesian Voivodeship alone, 52 advisors are available across various branches, including Bielsko-Biała, Chorzów, Częstochowa, Rybnik, Sosnowiec, and Zabrze.
