Four Hands, Two Sonatas hits new ratings high amid intense plot developments

The tvN drama ‘Four Hands, Two Sonatas’ has reached a new ratings peak, recording a 7.2% nationwide average for its recent broadcast. This performance secured the top spot in its time slot across all channels and marked the series' highest Saturday rating to date.

As the series enters its final week, the plot has intensified around the central conflict between pianists Kang Pio (played by Song Kang) and Choi Jeong Yo (played by Lee Jun Young). The narrative has shifted toward themes of revenge and guilt following revelations regarding a kidnapping incident from nine years ago involving Kang Pio’s mother. Recent episodes depict a breakdown in the relationship between the two leads, characterized by intense confrontations and professional sabotage.

In addition to the rising popularity of ‘Four Hands, Two Sonatas’, which has topped weekly buzzworthy drama lists, other recent Korean television releases like ‘Dive Into You’ and ‘Fly High Butterfly’ have also debuted or continued their runs with more modest viewership numbers.
