Four Seasons Yachts expands 2027 Chef-in-Residence program

Four Seasons Yachts has announced the expansion of its Chef-in-Residence program for the 2027 season aboard the Four Seasons I. Building on the inaugural 2026 season, which focused on the vessel’s signature fine-dining restaurant, Sedna, the 2027 initiative will extend the culinary influence of guest chefs across multiple onboard venues.

The program features Michelin-starred talent from various Four Seasons properties globally. Participating chefs will provide region-specific gastronomic experiences, including four-to-five-course tasting menus with wine pairings, management of onboard spaces, and welcome receptions.

Confirmed participants include Guillaume Galliot from Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, who will host a Grand Caribbean voyage in January 2027; Evan Neumann from Four Seasons Resort Napa Valley, scheduled for a Lesser Antilles itinerary in early February 2027; and Yoric Tièche from Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, who will host a Riviera voyage in October 2027.
