Fourth Wing tops European BookTok bestseller list

Rebecca Yarros’ fantasy novel “Fourth Wing” has become the most successful “BookTok” book in Europe for the period between September 2025 and August 2026. This data was released by market research firm Media Control and TikTok during the Frankfurt Book Fair.

Other top performers on the European BookTok bestseller list include “Binding 13” by Chloe Walsh and “Heated Rivalry” by Rachel Reid. In 2025, more than 50 million books recommended via BookTok were sold across Europe. A study commissioned by TikTok indicates that 53 percent of users discovered new genres through the platform, while 49 percent were inspired to purchase a book or audiobook.

Regarding media adaptations, Prime Video is developing a series based on the novel. The project is being produced by Amazon MGM Studios in collaboration with Outlier Society, the production company owned by Michael B. Jordan.
