Fouzi Lekjaa criticizes local governance in Boulemane

Fouzi Lekjaa, Morocco’s Minister Delegate for the Budget and President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, has criticized the management of 16 local communes in the Boulemane province. During an Authenticity and Modernity Party rally in Missour, Lekjaa highlighted severe infrastructure deficits, including lack of access to drinking water, electricity, roads, and healthcare services. He called on those responsible for managing these territories to apologize to citizens rather than offering empty promises every five years, emphasizing the need for accountability.
