Fox ESS rolls out Power Beast commercial battery platform in Australia

Fox ESS, a Chinese‑owned energy storage firm, announced the Australian launch of its Power Beast platform, a commercial and industrial (C&I) battery solution. The system combines the H3 Plus Hybrid Inverter with modular CQ7 high‑voltage batteries and an optional dual‑tower base, offering a compact dual‑stack design that reduces cabling, connection points and on‑site assembly. Power Beast is available with AC output from 50 kW to 125 kW and can scale up to 3.125 MW/7.35 MWh for on‑grid use and 1.25 MW/2.94 MWh for off‑grid applications.

The launch targets the new New South Wales C&I rebate scheme, aiming to help businesses lower electricity costs, improve energy resilience and meet the state’s expanded storage incentives. Fox ESS, which installed over 12,000 residential systems in Australia and was ranked the leading residential storage provider globally for 2025, says the Power Beast will enable faster, plug‑and‑play deployments for commercial projects.
