Fox ESS launches Power Cube residential energy storage in Australia

Fox ESS has introduced the Power Cube, an all-in-one residential energy storage system designed for the Australian market. The system integrates an inverter and EQ5500 batteries into a compact, stackable design to streamline installation and reduce costs.

The Power Cube offers modular storage capacities ranging from 10.92 kWh to 49.14 kWh. It features single-phase models (5-12 kW) and upcoming three-phase models (5-15 kW), supporting up to 200 per cent PV oversizing. The unit is IP66 rated for both indoor and outdoor use and includes an integrated gateway with 63A on-grid full-home backup support.

This launch follows reports that Fox ESS ranked first in Australia for installed energy storage capacity in the first half of 2026. The company also showcased expanded commercial and industrial (C&I) solutions at the All Energy Australia event, including the Power Beast and G-Max Plus systems.
