Foxconn unveils three new electric vehicle concepts

Hon Hai Technology Group, known as Foxconn, has introduced three new electric vehicle (EV) concept models: the MODEL A+, MODEL K+, and MODEL K. The announcement was made during the Hon Hai Tech Day 2026 (HHTD26) in Taipei.

The MODEL A+ is a premium compact SUV designed for the B-segment market, featuring in-wheel motor technology to maximize interior space and provide external power for activities like camping. The MODEL K+ is a lifestyle SUV inspired by 1970s and 1980s Japanese Neo City Pop aesthetics, targeting younger consumers with an affordable and customizable design. The MODEL K is a compact utility vehicle designed for last-mile delivery and commercial use, following the design language of the company’s MODEL T electric bus.

These models are part of Foxconn’s Contract Design and Manufacturing Service (CDMS) strategy, aimed at helping automotive partners accelerate electrification and reduce time-to-market. The company’s total lineup of reference models has now expanded to twelve vehicles.
