FP CGIL urges ASL Lanciano/Vasto/Chieti to extend contracts and accelerate hiring

The FP CGIL trade union is calling for the extension of existing healthcare contracts and an acceleration in hiring processes within the ASL Lanciano/Vasto/Chieti. The union noted that several three-month nursing contracts are due to expire this month.

To prevent service disruptions and alleviate the heavy workload on current staff, the union is requesting longer contract extensions. They also emphasized the need for new hires to staff upcoming Community Hospitals in accordance with DM 77/2022, as well as the need to process ranking lists for midwives and administrative staff in economic, financial, and legal sectors.
