FPT and PVFCCo-Phú Mỹ deploy Digital Twin technology at Phú Mỹ Fertilizer Plant

FPT and PVFCCo-Phú Mỹ have completed the implementation of a Digital Twin digital initiative at the Phú Mỹ Fertilizer Plant. The project, which began in mid-June 2026, creates a unified digital environment that connects the physical plant space, assets, technical documentation, and operational data.

The technology aims to support operations, maintenance, safety, and training while enhancing data-driven management capabilities. The implementation focuses on three core management areas: improving operational and safety monitoring, strengthening coordination during maintenance and troubleshooting, and enhancing the quality of safety and technical training.

By integrating critical information such as technical drawings, equipment catalogues, and DCS/SCADA data directly with specific assets, the Digital Twin allows personnel to access real-time status and context for more effective decision-making in a high-safety industrial environment.
