FPT Software Chairwoman highlights women's leadership at UK-Vietnam summit

At the UK-Vietnam Financial Services Summit 2026 held in Ho Chi Minh City, FPT Software Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha highlighted the strengths of women in leadership, specifically their ability to connect teams and maintain service quality. She noted that women currently make up 36% of FPT Group's management, exceeding the 14% industry average in financial services.

To support female leaders, FPT is investing in AI tools, professional development, and work-life balance initiatives. The summit, which included London Mayor of the Financial District Susan Langley, focused on supporting the development of the Vietnam International Financial Center (VIFC) and strengthening capital markets.
