FPT University opens Omega Hub multipurpose center in Hoa Lac

FPT University has officially inaugurated the Omega Hub at its Hoa Lac campus, marking the institution's 20th anniversary. The nearly 5,460 m² multipurpose facility is designed to enhance student life by providing a centralized space for sports, academic, and cultural activities.

The architecture of the hub is inspired by the Vietnamese bamboo, symbolizing resilience and flexibility. The center features a 2,000 m² standard sports arena capable of hosting basketball, badminton, table tennis, and martial arts. The facility also includes a 355 m² main lobby, various corridors, and a 110 m² VIP lounge.

A key feature of the Omega Hub is its functional versatility. Using a mobile partition system, the sports arena can be converted into seminar rooms seating between 100 and 280 people for club activities or small workshops. Additionally, the entire space can be unified into a 2,000-seat auditorium equipped with professional audio and lighting for large-scale events such as music festivals, graduation ceremonies, and academic competitions.
