Fractal Analytics reports 20% revenue rise and 92% profit jump in Q1 FY27

Fractal Analytics Ltd announced its consolidated financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, ending June 30, 2026. Consolidated operating revenue reached INR 9,125 million (approximately Rs 912.5 crore), a 20% increase year‑on‑year. Net income climbed 92% to INR 723 million (Rs 72.3 crore).

Revenue growth was led by the Healthcare and Life Sciences segment, which posted a 69% year‑on‑year increase, while Banking, Financial Services and Insurance grew 36% and Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail rose 19%. The Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) segment declined 22%.

The company reported a gross margin of 46% and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 17%, up 189 basis points year‑on‑year. Net revenue retention stood at 117% and the Net Promoter Score was 77. CEO Srikanth Velamakanni said enterprises are allocating larger AI transformation budgets, driving deal size growth and emphasizing data sovereignty and open‑weight models.
