FRACTAL WORKOUT expands medical collaboration in Shibuya and Harajuku

Fractal Workout Co., Ltd. is expanding its collaborative framework with medical institutions in the Shibuya and Harajuku areas of Tokyo. The company operates FRACTAL WORKOUT, a facility designated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as a designated exercise therapy facility.

Under this expanded system, patients who are prescribed exercise therapy by doctors can receive specialized training at the Harajuku-based facility. The program is designed to address challenges in managing lifestyle diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia, where exercise is often recommended alongside dietary therapy but safe, monitored environments may be lacking.

Qualified staff, including health and exercise instructors, provide one-on-one sessions based on the physician's prescription. To ensure continuity of care, the facility reports the patient's progress and exercise details back to the prescribing physician approximately once every four weeks.
