Fractal Workout Co., Ltd. has launched a new corporate event service designed as an alternative to traditional company sports days. The program focuses on physical strength measurement and light exercise that can be participated in by employees of all ages, regardless of athletic ability.

To prevent injuries and encourage participation among older staff, the service replaces competitive racing with a three-step process: measuring physical capabilities (such as grip strength and standing balance), performing light exercises guided by trainers, and discussing results.
