Fractal Workout launches post-health checkup support services
Fractal Workout Co., Ltd. has launched new support services aimed at improving the follow-up process after health checkups for medical institutions, corporations, and health insurance unions.
The initiative seeks to bridge the gap between receiving health exam results and taking actual preventive action. For medical institutions and clinics, the company offers collaboration to provide specialized exercise therapy for patients whose doctors have prescribed it. These services are conducted at facilities designated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as “designated exercise therapy facilities.”
For health insurance unions and employers, the service organizes post-checkup actions into three distinct pathways: referral to medical institutions for re-examination, specific health guidance, and general health education or exercise programs. This structure is designed to prevent missed opportunities for care, such as when individuals ignore abnormal results due to a lack of symptoms or do not know how to implement lifestyle changes. The program provides tools such as e-learning, seminars, and both online and on-site exercise opportunities to support various demographics, including younger employees and management.
