Fractal Workout Co., Ltd. has launched new specialized health management support services through its “BODY PALETTE” platform, targeting specific demographic and professional needs.

For workplaces with shift workers, the company is introducing a hybrid plan designed to reach employees across various schedules, including early, late, and night shifts. This plan combines in-person instruction, live online streaming at multiple times, and on-demand educational materials to ensure all employees have access to exercise opportunities regardless of their working hours.

Additionally, the company is offering age-specific health program packages for health insurance associations. These programs categorize participants into three groups: those in their 30s focusing on establishing healthy habits, those in their 40s and 50s addressing lifestyle and physical strain, and those aged 60 and above focusing on frailty prevention. The packages utilize a mix of online exercise, monthly seminars, e-learning, and AI-driven posture analysis to provide tailored health education and physical activity.
