Fractal Workout launches support for high-tier health management certifications

Fractal Workout Co., Ltd., based in Shibuya, Tokyo, has launched a new support service designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) achieve higher-tier certifications in the Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2027 program.

The service specifically targets companies aiming for the ‘Bright 500’ or ‘Next Bright 1000’ designations. To qualify for these top-tier certifications, companies must meet at least 16 out of 17 specific criteria, including health education, mental health support, exercise, and dietary habits.

Unlike standard certification support, this program focuses on analyzing previous application feedback to identify gaps in quality and implementation. The support includes analyzing application results, organizing improvement items, designing and executing specific measures—such as training for managers and employees—and ensuring that health management policies are integrated into management meetings and corporate culture.
