New York Stock Exchange joins Japan Go IPO Summit

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has joined the speaker lineup for the second annual Japan Go IPO Summit, scheduled for September 16, 2026, in Tokyo. Carol Hou, Co-Head of Asia Pacific (ex-China) Capital Markets at the NYSE, will participate in the event.

Her involvement highlights the increasing competition among U.S. exchanges to attract Japanese private companies seeking to go public. The summit will also feature representatives from the Japanese government, including officials from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), to discuss national policies supporting global innovation and the growth of deep-tech companies.
