Fran Brodić returns to HNK Gorica

HNK Gorica has strengthened its attacking line with the return of 29-year-old striker Fran Brodić. Brodić joins the club as a free agent following his tenure with the Hungarian side Újpest.

Brodić previously played for Gorica during the 2021/22 season, making nine appearances with one goal and one assist. Since then, his career has included stints at Dinamo Zagreb, Club Brugge, Royal Antwerp, Roeselare, Catania, Reggiana, and Kustošija. He also saw significant success at Varaždin, which led to his return to Dinamo. During his time in Hungary, he recorded 11 goals and 12 assists in over 50 matches.
