Fran García-Huidobro and Marcela Vacarezza clash over Douglas rumors

A media dispute has resurfaced between Fran García-Huidobro and psychologist Marcela Vacarezza regarding comments made about singer Douglas. García-Huidobro criticized Vacarezza’s recent attempts to explain her previous stance on Douglas’s separation from Ana Sol Romero, suggesting that Vacarezza should take responsibility for her statements.

The tension stems from rumors regarding Douglas’s personal life. García-Huidobro previously suggested that the singer had a new partner who is a friend of Vacarezza and a former reality TV participant. However, Douglas has explicitly denied these rumors, stating, “That is completely false. I do not have the head or the heart for a relationship.”

Claudia Mella, a model and former reality TV contestant, was identified by media reports as the person involved, but she has clarified that she and Douglas are only friends. Vacarezza also addressed the situation, noting that while she knows Mella, she was not the link between the singer and the model, as they have known each other for 14 years.
