France and South Korea launch €1 billion fund for independent cinema
At the inaugural Lumière Summit held in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, France, the governments of France and South Korea announced the 'Lumière Partnership,' a bilateral fund of one billion euros to support the audiovisual sector.
