France construction sector seeks 10,000 construction managers annually
The French construction and public works sector is experiencing significant recruitment demand, particularly for construction managers. Companies in France are recruiting approximately 10,000 construction managers annually, which includes 1,000 net new job creations. This growth is attributed to the increasing complexity of modern projects, which require professionals to manage energy performance, legal standards, budgets, and safety.
To address recruitment tensions and promote vocational training, BTP CFA Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes has launched a web series titled ‘Destins BTP’. The initiative features five portraits of successful individuals to highlight the diversity and excellence of apprenticeship paths, aiming to attract young people and those seeking career changes into the industry.
