France donates historical archives to Vietnam

The Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam has received historical archival documents from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. These materials are intended for collection, research, and exhibition at the Museum of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Provided during the official visit of General Secretary and President To Lam to France, the donation includes a reproduction of the first page of the newspaper 'Cuu Quoc' published on August 24, 1945, and documents regarding Nguyen Ai Quoc’s activities in establishing and directing the Communist Party (An Nam).

The transfer of these records coincides with the 115th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh’s arrival in France in 1911. Officials noted that the documents reflect the historical connection between the Vietnamese revolutionary movement and progressive movements in France.
