In Muğla’s Seydikemer district more than 600 residents were evacuated, four houses were lost and a massive response involving five aircraft, 18 helicopters, 272 ground vehicles and 923 staff was carried out. Other incidents in the region have prompted similar deployments of aircraft, helikopters and ground crews.
