France real estate shows strong leasing momentum through September 2026

As of September 30, 2026, commercial real estate activity in France has shown significant momentum. In the first nine months of the year, 140,000 m² of space was renewed or re-leased, with 92,000 m² of that occurring in the third quarter alone.

Key performance indicators include a rental growth of 1.7% at constant perimeter and a high occupancy rate of 94.0%. Long-term leases have been secured at Paris La Défense for Building B and Adamas, ensuring rental income and occupancy starting in 2028.

Management confirmed its 2026 guidance, expecting a recurring net result for the Group between €6.70 and €6.75 per share. CEO Beñat Ortega noted that these results represent one of the best leasing performances in the last decade, driven by active commercialization and cost control.
