France sees generative AI reshape marketing, creator content and health guidance

Generative artificial intelligence is increasingly adopted across several French sectors. In brand marketing, agencies report that AI accelerates content production but also raise concerns about authenticity, differentiation and ethical use, prompting a hybrid workflow that keeps human creativity central. Content creators on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram are using AI tools for text generation, SEO optimization and automated video editing, which speeds up publishing and enhances audience targeting, while prompting debates over transparency and trust.

The French Health Authority (HAS) has issued public guidance on the use of generative AI in health information. In partnership with France Assos Santé and the data‑protection regulator CNIL, HAS released a pedagogical guide and FAQ that explain how the technology works, its limits, and the precautions users should take, emphasizing critical thinking, data‑privacy safeguards and the need to consult health professionals for medical decisions.
