France Services holds national open house events to support administrative needs

The France Services network recently held its sixth edition of dedicated presentation days from October 5 to 17. During this period, nearly 5,000 local animations, including open houses, workshops, and individual appointments, were organized across approximately 2,900 structures throughout France.

These service centers act as a single point of contact for various national operators, including tax services, retirement funds, health insurance, and employment agencies. Notably, as of January 1, 2025, Urssaf has joined the common core of partners, allowing self-employed workers and private employers to receive assistance with social security contributions locally.

In rural areas, the network utilizes mobile units, such as equipped buses and mobile agents, to reach isolated residents. Local events, such as those held in Mirande, Miélan, and Montesquiou, featured various partners including the Gendarmerie, social workers, and digital assistance services to help citizens navigate administrative procedures and digital tools.
