The 9th edition of the Nuit du Droit is scheduled for Monday, October 5, 2026, across France. Organized by the President of the Constitutional Council and coordinated by the Institut Robert Badinter, the event aims to demystify the justice system and make legal institutions more accessible to citizens.
Approximately 120 jurisdictions will participate, offering nearly 200 free events nationwide. Activities include guided tours of courts, historical trial reenactments, mock trials, eloquence competitions, and exhibitions. Interactive formats such as escape games, film debates, and career forums will also be available to engage the public and highlight various legal professions.
