With 2,947 total listings, France leads in several categories, including over 1,000 castles, 400 houseboats, and 30 windmills. The United States follows in second place with 2,533 listings, while Italy ranks third with 1,050 listings, bolstered by Tuscan castles and Puglia's trulli.

Other notable mentions in the top ten include Brazil, Colombia, the United Kingdom, Mexico, India, Greece, and Chile. Within Europe, the United Kingdom placed sixth overall, while Greece ranked ninth, notably leading in cave stays with 279 listings and placing second for windmill accommodations.
