France Travail PACA launches digital careers week

France Travail PACA is organizing the ‘Semaine des métiers du numérique’ (Digital Careers Week) from September 21 to 26, 2026. The initiative includes approximately 80 events across the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, such as recruitment forums, company visits, and discovery workshops.

The program aims to connect job seekers with opportunities in the digital sector, which is seeing high demand for skills in areas like artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data management, and web development. According to Anaïs Crouzet, a regional digital expert at France Travail, digital roles are no longer exclusive to tech companies; half of the companies recruiting for digital positions operate in other sectors such as industry, health, and banking.
