André Leon Talley fashion exhibition debuts in Lacoste

The SCAD FASH museum is presenting a new exhibition in Lacoste titled ‘André Leon Talley: Style is Eternal’. This event marks the first time the exhibition is being held in France.

The showcase features a selection of pieces from the personal wardrobe of André Leon Talley, one of the most influential figures in international fashion. The collection includes haute couture, ready-to-wear, custom creations, accessories, and personal documents such as photographs, letters, and books.

Items from prestigious designers and fashion houses are on display, including Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel, Nicolas Ghesquière for Balenciaga, John Galliano for Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, and Hermès. Some silhouettes are presented on custom mannequins based on a sculpture of Talley by artist Stephen Hayes.
