France weather shifts toward calmer, drier conditions
Following a period of intense storms, including storms Austen and Boelo, weather patterns over France are expected to shift significantly. High-pressure systems are projected to establish an anticyclonic blockage, potentially lasting for approximately two weeks through early November.
This shift is expected to bring much calmer conditions, characterized by weaker winds and limited precipitation across much of the country. While some northern regions may experience light rain, the influence of the Azores Anticyclone is predicted to bring drier weather to the south and west. Temperatures are expected to show some variation, with potential warming in the south and Mediterranean regions, while northern and eastern areas may remain cooler in the mornings.
