Francesca Hong appoints Renee Olstead to senior campaign role

Renee Olstead, a former child actress and OnlyFans model, is reportedly serving as the deputy campaign manager for Wisconsin State Representative Francesca Hong's gubernatorial campaign. Olstead, who also uses the name Renee Faust, has been involved in the campaign for several months and has coordinated logistics for high-profile surrogates, such as political commentator Hasan Piker.

In response to inquiries regarding her qualifications, Hong's campaign issued a statement describing Olstead as a "licensed mental health clinician who has spent her career providing care to trafficking survivors." The campaign added that she has helped build the "largest grassroots campaign in Wisconsin history" since joining in December.

Olstead is the founder of the Coalition for American Sex Workers (CASW – LOCAL 304), an organization advocating for decriminalization and policy changes for sex workers. Previously, Hong and other state representatives honored Olstead with a Wisconsin State Assembly citation recognizing her advocacy and her selection as "Penthouse Pet of the Year" in 2024.
