Francesco Colonnese appointed CEO of Hyundai Italy

Francesco Colonnese will leave his position at Omoda & Jaecoo to become the Chief Executive Officer of Hyundai Italy.

Colonnese previously served as the Vice President of the Chinese automotive group Chery’s brands in Spain, where he led the commercial implementation of Omoda & Jaecoo, overseeing more than 60,000 vehicle sales since the company began operations in Spain in February 2024.

His professional background includes significant roles within the Stellantis group. He previously served as the General Director of Alfa Romeo and Lancia for Spain and Portugal, and most recently held the position of Business Development Manager for Lancia Europe.
