Nigerian goalkeeper Francis Uzoho has joined the Cypriot club Omonia 29th May on a free transfer. The 27-year-old signed a contract that runs until May 31, 2027.

Uzoho departs Omonia Nicosia following a lengthy tenure in Cyprus. During his time with Omonia Nicosia, he was part of squads that secured the Cypriot Cup in 2022 and 2023, as well as the Cypriot championship in the 2025-26 season. He made 77 appearances for the club, recording 29 clean sheets.

In a farewell message, Uzoho expressed gratitude to the fans for their support, stating it was a privilege to represent the club. His professional career includes experience with Deportivo La Coruna, Elche, and Anorthosis, as well as international success with Nigeria, including winning the 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup.
