Francisco Beltrão woman relocates wooden house to new site

In Francisco Beltrão, Paraná, a woman named Natalina Carli purchased a wooden house for R$ 15,000 and had the entire structure transported to a new plot of land. The house, originally located in the city center near the new Forum, will undergo renovations to serve as a residence. Carli noted that the cost of the purchase was significantly lower than the approximately R$ 400,000 required to build a similar home.

The relocation was managed by Rudimar de Souza, a professional with 30 years of experience in moving entire houses. The operation required technical precision because the destination site is located above street level with limited maneuvering space. Workers used wooden supports to gradually lift the structure, allowing the truck to be removed from underneath the house.
