Brazil’s Francisco “Kiko” Dal Ri has taken the overall lead in the ILCA 6 Men’s World Championship held in Vilamoura, Portugal. After four races, Dal Ri holds the top position with four net points, following a consistent performance that included two race wins.

Erik Scheidt, who led the standings after the first day of racing, currently sits in third place with eight net points, tied with Spain’s Alberto Medel Castrillón. Croatia’s Toma Smirčić follows in second place with five points.

The championship features an international fleet of 60 sailors from 18 countries. In addition to Dal Ri and Scheidt, Brazil maintains a presence in the top 20 with Felipe Strassburger in 16th and Leonardo Anzolch in 20th.
